Yeah i know, filmed with a camera phone at night isnt the best x) there were 3 diffrent Subaru Imprezas, one Ford Mustang GT and one Ford Mustang SVT, one insanley tuned Volvo 242 with a V8 and compressor (they said it had about 700 HP) one Nissan Silvia s15, a couple of BMW's and one Honda Integra.

And yes both the taxes and the insurance is greatly increased in price with a tuned car, therefor most people doesnt get a checkup after tuning the car so the taxes will be cheaper, but that also makes the insurance useless if anythng would happen to the car. The car could also get an immobilisation order if you get stopped by the police. So not that many people tune their cars now days, but the ones that do usually have alot of money.

I dont actaully own a car yet. but as soon as i get my economy together i'll probably buy a Nissan 240sx ^^ They are quite cheap with alot of power without any tuning

But the dream car is definitely a Toyota Supra. It's a bit more expensive though
